Enrollment & Participation ：

• Parents are responsible for accurate enrollment information.

• Ensure your child attends class on time and with the right materials.

Communication:

• All class-related updates will be sent via email.

• Please whitelist our domain to avoid missing important messages.

Technology:

• You are responsible for your child's internet access and Zoom setup.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• If you cancel more than 72 hours before the class begins, you are eligible for a full refund (100%).

• If you cancel within 72 hours before the class begins, you are eligible for a partial refund of 50%.

• Once the class has started, no refunds will be issued.

Class Modifications & Cancellation

• Future Path reserves the right to adjust class times, reassign instructors, or cancel under-enrolled classes if necessary.

• In the event of a full class cancellation by Future Path, a full refund will be issued.

 

Privacy & Data Use

• Student and parent information will be kept confidential and used solely for educational and administrative purposes.

• You consent to the collection of data for internal program improvement and student support.

By submitting the enrollment form, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood the policies above;

• You agree to comply with all responsibilities as a parent/guardian;

• You consent to enroll your child in the selected program and accept the refund policy terms.
